Within Australia
PLEASE NOTE LOCAL PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM 24th OF DECEMBER 2023 TO FRIDAY 12th JANUARY 2024.
(All local pickup orders made during this time can be picked up in-store from the 13th of January 2024).
Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via Australia Post.
Free standard shipping for orders above $300.00.

Express Shipping: In accordance with our carrier - Australia Post
Orders that are received before 1pm EST* on a business day are sent that day. We aim to have your order to you within 2 working days – this can be quicker if you live in VIC or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.
Australia Post Express Post Service – guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.
Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

Duties and Taxes
For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.
Cazinc The Label cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.
Please note that All international online returns for change of mind will be at the customer's expense.
