Shipping
Express orders that are placed before 1pm EST* on a business day are sent the same day. We aim to ship all orders within two working days. Delays can occur during sale periods. All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post, please see the estimated timeframes:
- Standard Delivery is delivered within 2-7 business days.
- Express Delivery is delivered within 1-4 business days.
Please note, delivery times are estimates and can be subject to delays that occur with Australia Post.
- All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
- Local Pickup is also available from our Boutique in Essendon, Victoria.
All Australian orders are shipped at a flat rate of $10 for standard post or $15 for express post. Free Shipping is eligible for all Australian orders over $300.
Cazinc The Label ships internationally with Australia Post.
All orders are assigned with a tracking number which is emailed to you directly once the shipment has been created for you to follow your parcel.
For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.
Returns
Cazinc The Label offers a refund on all full-priced styles on styles returned within 15 days that are in perfect condition and have not been worn, altered, stained, damaged or washed. All garments must be returned in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the garment. Any items returned that do not meet the above criteria will be returned and the seller's expense.
Please note all original shipping charges and import fees are non-refundable, and charges for returned items are the customer's responsibility.
Sale items can be returned, but are only eligible for a store credit.
If you have purchased any item at a reduced price, including a sale code, they are deemed ‘final sale’ items, and returns are as per below.

All online orders are eligible to be returned to our boutique in Essendon.
Due to the high sell-through of stock and various departments, we cannot offer holds and exchanges.
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, we recommend you go through our returns portal and select store credit or refund (in accordance with our return conditions) and repurchase the new item separately.

Payment
Cazinc The Label accepts the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, ZipPay (online only), PayPal (online only) and ApplePay.
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to retroactively add your discount code or gift card to the payment of your order.
Product / Sizing
Caz generally wears a size 8, or a size M.
Cazinc The Label is an exclusive, slow fashion label. We restock styles on the basis of demand, however, restocks are not always guaranteed. We want our clients to have specialty pieces and to enhance this, we limit the quantities manufactured. Staple pieces are often restocked, however, to register your interest in an item, please email the team at info@cazincthelabel.com
End-of-season styles on sale/warehouse sale items will not be restocked.
We can assist you with sizing advice over the phone (03 9374 2450), via email, or alternatively, you can book a complimentary style appointment. We can ask you questions based on the product of interest, however, our suggestion is only a recommendation. Our team are on hand between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday to assist you.

Orders
We are unable to guarantee amendment to any orders once placed, as our dispatch team works straight away to get your order to you.
Please email the team at info@cazincthelabel.com and we will endeavor to assist you, however once the order has been shipped - we are unable to make any amendments.
We are unable to guarantee amendment to any shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Please contact the team at info@cazincthelabel.com immediately and we will endeavor to edit the shipping address. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to amend the shipping address.
If you would like to upgrade your order to express shipping after placing your order, please contact the team at info@cazincthelabel.com with your request, and we will endeavor to assist with this.
The team will send a payment invoice via email for the express shipping (please note your order will not be dispatched until payment is received).

The Boutique

No, as Cazinc The Label sale stock includes end of season styles in low quantities and low size quantities, we don’t have the availability to hold sale stock within the boutique. You are welcome to purchase any sale stock online and select local pickup and the item will be available for collection once you receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.
Due to being an instore and online label, Cazinc The Label cannot offer any holds or reservation of stock. If you would like to guarantee stock availability at the boutique, you are welcome to purchase online and select local pick-up.
If your item meets the refund policy, you can visit the boutique to organise your return.
VIP Rewards
Cazinc The Label values rewarding our clients. You can join our rewards program here or click on the present icon on the bottom left corner of our homepage.
You earn points with every purchase. Every $1 spent with us is 1 point. Every 300 points equals a $10 voucher.
- You can redeem your points by clicking on the present icon on the homepage and log into your Cazinc The Label account.
- Where it shows the 'Order Discount', click 'View'.
- Click the reward you want to use for your purchase, then click 'redeem'.
- The code should automatically be applied to your cart upon check-out; otherwise, copy & paste the code into the discount code section of your cart.
Please note that these vouchers can only be redeemed on full-priced styles.

Make sure you tell us your birthday! You can do this by:
- Clicking on the present icon.
- Click on 'Ways To Earn'.
- In the 'Celebrate a birthday' section, select 'Edit Date'.
- Enter your birth date and month and select 'Save'.
Ensure you let us know at least one month in advance — otherwise, you'll have to wait until next year.
Yes, reward points expire 180 days from when they are earned.
